Cannon Mountain Ski Area Offers New Web Portal

Franconia Notch, NH Skiing/riding at Cannon Mountain is now even easier with an all new Website launched this week. The site, at www.cannonmt.com, sports new designs and features making skiing and riding even easier to enjoy.

November 26, 2004 -- This allows for more time on the slopes, more savings, and less time in lines. And, the new site has a Cannon Gear Store, with deals on all types of Cannon-Brand gifts and clothing. Visitors to the site can sign up for emailed snow conditions, newsletters and other specials.

Cannon Mountain was ranked in the top twenty best eastern resorts in Ski Magazine. Cannon Mountain also ranked in Skiing Magazine's top ten best eastern resorts, one of the only two New Hampshire Mountains to be ranked. In the "Perfect Tens categories, of Ski Magazine, Cannon Mountain placed in terrain, value, lifts, access, and challenge.

New Hampshires Cannon Mountain Ski Area will kick off the 2004-2005 season Friday, November 26, 2004. Intermediate and beginner trails will be open for skiing and snowboarding with 1 lift operating.
The Cannon Mountain Snowsports School will offer limited instruction and childcare will be available at Brookside Learning Center. The slopeside high performance tuning center and the Cannon Mountain Ski Shop as well as all other services will be open.

Season passes may be still purchased at the Sales Office in the Peabody Base Lodge and on-line at www.cannonmt.com. Season passes are recommended for anybody planning on skiing/snowboarding more than 10-12 days of the season. Other great savings include the Bold & Beautiful Midweek Pass for $249, offered with Bretton Woods.

Cannon Mountain is also offering a College Pass for just $239 for the season and skiing/riding at Cannon Mountain, Mt. Sunapee Resort and Gunstock. And, New Hampshire teachers can save with an Educators Pass for $329 that also may be
